Mulay’s Sausage is made according to my family’s centuries-old recipes. My Grandfather immigrated to the United States from Sicily when he was 4 years old in 1903 and my Nana’s family came earlier, just before the turn of the century. Both families settled in Pueblo, Colorado.
Today, the tradition lives on!
